Term One Tennis Update

Welcome to Term 1 Tennis. We are now in Week 5 of the term and it has been fantastic to see so many players on court enjoying their tennis.

Weekend Competition

We will be entering teams into the Waverley & District Tennis Association (WDTA) for the upcoming Winter season. Matches are played on weekend mornings, and players can register to compete on either Saturday or Sunday.

If your child is interested in playing in the WDTA Winter competition, please get in touch with us before Monday 16th March.

We would also like to congratulate our current Summer Junior teams, who have represented the club extremely well this season. Three of our four teams finished on top of the ladder — a fantastic effort from all players involved.

Labour Day Long Weekend

A reminder that there will be no tennis lessons on Monday 9th March due to the Labour Day public holiday.

Wet Weather Policy

Lessons may be cancelled in the event of rain or if rain is expected during your scheduled session.

If a lesson is cancelled, we will notify you via text message or email as soon as a decision has been made. If you do not receive a message, please assume your lesson will go ahead as scheduled.

If we do not answer your call, it is likely that we are on court. We always aim to communicate any changes as early as possible; however, weather conditions can sometimes change quickly just before or during a session.

All lessons cancelled due to rain will be made up at the end of the term.
