End of Term Three/Term Four INFO

Parents and Players

Thanks so much for your support this term — we’ve loved having you on court!

Term Three — Final Week & Make-Up Sessions

We’re now in Week 9 of our 8-week term. All lessons will run as normal this week, with the final official day of group coaching being Friday 11th September.

As we had a couple of washouts this term, we’ll be offering some additional make-up sessions the following week for players who missed lessons due to wet weather.

The make-up sessions will run at the following times:

• Monday 14th September: 7:00am–11:30am and 3:30pm–5:15pm classes
• Tuesday 15th September: 7:00am–9:30am classes
• Wednesday 16th September: 3:30pm–7:15pm classes

These additonal sessions are setup to makeup for washouts throughout this term.

If your child has missed more than one lesson due to wet weather this term, please get in touch and we can organise an additional make-up session.

Priority Booking for Term Four

Priority Booking for Term Four is now OPEN for all current players enrolled in our program.

Priority booking will close Friday 11th September, after which remaining places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please select your preferred day and time online. If you’re unsure about your child’s current lesson time or which class would be the best fit, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to help!

If you currently have a private lesson spot and would like to retain it for Term Four, please confirm by email.

Spring Tennis Camps

These school holidays, we’ll be running our Junior Tennis Camps during the first week of the holidays!

Our Junior Holiday Camps are extremely popular with kids aged 4 years and above. They’re a great way to keep the kids active during the holidays (and away from the iPad!), with programs to suit all ages, levels and abilities.

Lost Property

We’ve accumulated quite a collection of lost property at the club throughout the term.

Please have a look through the lost property before the end of the term to see if anything belongs to your child. Any unclaimed items will be donated to the op shop.

Thanks again for your continued support this term.

We’ll see you on court!

Many Thanks
Jonny & the JRT Coaching Team
