Term Tennis Update

Parents and Players

Welcome to Term 2 Tennis! We are now in Week 4 of the term, and it has been fantastic to see so many players on court enjoying their tennis.

Competition Tennis

Following an extremely successful summer tennis campaign, it’s great to see the kids continuing to perform so well in the Winter Tennis Competition.

Congratulations to Hugo Britton, who won the Coaches Award for the A Grade Tennis Team at Scotch College.

We also had 10 of our competition players compete in the Mornington and Rye Easter tournaments. Congratulations to all players and parents for your ongoing support and commitment.

A special congratulations to Blake and Luca, who won the singles JDS Tournament at Melbourne Park last weekend, and also to Adam, who won the Green Ball Series Tournament at MCC Glen Iris Tennis Club. These are fantastic achievements for all the players and thoroughly deserved with all the hard work and effort they have put in.

If your child is interested in taking their tennis to the next level and would like to compete in more competitive environments, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.

JRT Tees

Our new clothing range reflects everything we stand for — community, competition, lifestyle, and good vibes.

To bring that vision to life, we teamed up with Brooklyn-based artist Elijah Anderson, who has worked with brands including Adidas, Beams, Dickies, and New Balance, to create a mascot that captures the spirit of JRT.

Our T-shirts are made in Portugal, with a strong focus on sustainability, premium materials, and long-lasting quality.

You can order your T-shirts online here:

Thanks for your continued support, and we’ll see you on the court! :)

Many thanks,
Jonny and the JRT Coaching Team
